Dent Recruit Introduction

From the moment you reach out to us, we take the time to get to know you, your skillset and what kind of dental role you are looking for, as well as an understanding of your wider needs, e.g. language refresher course, family situation etc.

Set up a profile

The next step is to book you in for a questionnaire where we’ll go through your education, training and background check. We’ll set up a profile for you with the kind of work you’d like to do, and where you’d like to work.

Irish Dental Council Registration

You need to register with the industry body, the Irish Dental Council (IDC). If you meet all the criteria to register, you will get a registration number. It can take up to 3 months.

You will need to complete an application form and submit the required documents.

Interview Prep

Once we’ve shared your profile with a select panel of clinics, and you’ve been invited for interview, we’ll guide you through what to expect. We’ll also conduct a mock interview to help you prepare.

Negotiation and Job Offer

We’ll help you negotiate the terms and conditions of your contract, when you’re ready to accept a job offer.

Relocation & work permit

We can help you with the relocation process. You will need a bank account set up, a Personal Public Services number to pay tax, health insurance, and some advice on how to navigate the Irish housing market.
